    Default Anyone having activation issues?!?

    Finally got my phone last night at around 8pm mind you...smh Long story short I cannot activate my iPhone. I go through the set up process as usual and its telling me to enter my billing zip code and last 4 digits of my social but it isn't accepting them. Im getting an error message that "At&t was unable to verify my identity using the information I entered". Im sure I know my social and zip code smh!!!!

    No activation issues here, but both the stores were down for me.

    I know it's a pain, but I would go to an AT&T store and get it settled. Sorry

    My service is Verizon. I was having issues as you said. I got my 7 plus ystdy 3 a.m. and i waited for 5 hours to active.
    First : apple servers are too slow now to authenticate idevices
    Second : Verizon and AT&T are having issues with new iphones because everyone is trying to activate their idevices.
    Sooo i waited for 5 hours i tried for 5 hours and then finally my device activated

    of course I have to go to work ugh. Called At&t they said theres an outage. It should be fixed around 2 pm today

    Great! Sorry, yeah, I immediately default to my carrier when it comes carrier questions.

    So as of today I still can't get my phone activated. I've been on the phone with AT&T and even had them call apple trying to figure out the problem. Still no luck. I have a brand new iPhone 7 plus and can't get past the activation screen smh. Next step is to go into AT&T but I had to work today
