Question about my order and service.

Hi. So I ordered the new iPhone 7plus through att website but my wife's phone was up for the upgrade but I will be using it and giving her my 6 plus. So when it comes can I just simply put my SIM card in the new phone or will I have to go to the att store for them to do something with my account? Thanks.

Nope. Just pop in your sim and go.

Pop the sim in and you should be ready to go. The only problem you might have is if you ever called AT&T about her phone or something. Sometimes customer service gets confused.

You can always update your device on their site. But i think their network is smart enough to know which phone you're using on which number.
