What is the verdict on the Lifeproof cases? Yay or nay? Do they add a lot of bulk?

I absolutely love my Nüüd! Definitely not as bulky as I expected, still slim for the amount of protection and it's much nicer not having that screen protector in there. Would highly recommend!

I have a Nuud that I like, and it doesn't add too much bulk to it. The Fre was about the same size. I have a Fre listed in the trade thread if you're interested.

I did not like the NÜÜD but the Fré is a decent case if you can live with the rainbows/oil slicks under the plastic screen protector.

What is it that you're needing most of a case? Water and dust resistance? Waterproof? Serious Drop protection? Just a basic protective case? Something clear, you can see the iPhone through? There are a lot of options out there.

I don't see the point of the NUUD, if i am needing a waterproof heavier duty case i need the screen protection too, even sand will scratch, plus its bulkier and more expensive here anyway.

I have the charcoal silicone on my iPad Pro 9.7 and it gets pretty nasty looking just from fingerprints.
Have the 7 plus silicone but have never used it.

Black, and I haven't had slimy ness to mine. I did get some chicken grease on it a few days ago and it's already gone.

Yeah my iPad Pro 9.7 silicone case is very bad from finger print. Just looks bad.

Well, you say that, however I had a gray one for my 6s that I used for months and my sister then used for about a year. Other than some chips from average drops it still looks and feels great.
