In Oklahoma we have to be on TOP of the weather; and all stations usually report something different. Could be sunny and 80 to snow and 20 in hours around here. Throw a tornado and earthquake in mid afternoon

No kidding. So quick to take; forever to return. I've always wondered how they can get away with it.

At the risk of angering the admins and mods, it has to do with the way ACH "batches" are processed. The money isn't really out instantly bu the debit it shows as an authorization, a courtesy if you will, to show you how much you owe in pending transactions and help prevent you from overdrawing the account. It takes 72 hours or so for everything to shake out, which is why the refund doesn't appear instantly.

Still doesn't help my impatience tonight. :(

But that makes sense.
