My i-Blason (ordered from Amazon). I slapped it on quick just to take a pic so sorry for all the particles visible!

Re: Cases

I recently started using the Tech21 Evo Tactical Extreme Edition case. It is good for someone who is looking for solid protection and doesn't mind adding extra bulk. It is definitely not a slim case, but I personally like the feel of the larger case.

Went with the apple's midnight blue leather case for my matte black 7 plus. Never owned a leather case before and was skeptical of it adding bulk to an already big iPhone, but I have to say it adds VERY minimal bulk (some would say none at all) and looks and feels GREAT! I feel more confident holding my phone now without the worry of it accidentally slipping out of my hand. The color matchup on the flat black is AMAZING IMO. I love the way leather wears too! The people at apple involved with color naming nailed it with this one. It's not quite a navy blue...it's definitely the color you would imagine a midnight sky would look like if you were looking off into the horizon which had a slight blue hue. It's GORGEOUS! With it now starting to get a very subtle patina, it truly is giving off the impression of a midnight sky. I do admit, it is a little pricey for a case and would probably be better suited at a lower price point (maybe $39 max), but it's still an excellent choice to add minimal protection without adding bulk. The interior microfiber lining is an extremely nice touch apple has added to help prevent scratches to the iPhone itself; especially if you're the type of person who likes to flip back and forth from going naked or casing your iPhone.

If you're on the fence about getting an apple leather case and are looking for minimal protection without the bulk AND you have the extra coin to spend, jump that fence and get one. You won't be disappointed.

Day two, slick free :) After having the phone in my back pocket for a couple hours last night there were a couple of slicks appearing but they went away within a few minutes of using the phone. I should also mention that I still have the Tech Armor Corning 2 Glass protector on my phone inside of the LP case.
I seriously believe the Novus #1 has helped the oil slick problem greatly.
Couple of pictures from this morning.

With screen protector sandwiched in there to you have to press super hard to get it to recognize touch? Is it "clicky"? I'm not sure what to do with my LP. I don't want to pull a glass screen protector off to use it is for sure and one time I tried using it with a protector was so miserable it wasn't funny.

The glass I'm using is very thin (0.2mm) you do not have to push hard at all and it is not one bit clicky. The usability is not affected at all under the LP screen.
I had a boat load of oil slicks before polishing the LP protector with Novus #1 though. Your results may vary.

Here's a link to the glass I'm using.
