Podcasts not processing - iPhone 6

Using an iPhone 6, 128 GB, iOS 10.3.1, I tried downloading my usual list of podcasts over WiFi at a local Starbucks today. All of them loaded 100% but note of them processed. I've turned it off for now and will try again in another hour. Has anyone else had a similar issue?

I am having this same issue. I am here to see if a solution can be found. Have you had any luck?

I use the Apple podcast app and it is working fine. My podcasts that have updates sync properly. I have a few suspicious ones that show no update, but discovered the the producer of the podcast hasn't produced anything new in a while.
