How do I connect to the internet with my iPhone 6S so i can operate Siri?

Settings/Wi-fi, and connect to your router, if you have one. Do you have Data with your service provider.

All Smartphone plans come with some degree of data but if your not on a mobile plan you can still use wifi to connect to the internet
