What is the best photo collage app for an iPhone 6s?

I installed 2 photo collage apps, but they were not good, so I uninstalled them. Just looking for a decent one that I can use for a couple of years or so.

I use google photos. Might not be the best but it definitely has an option for collages and free storage is heard to beat. Plus, you can upload Live Photos now.

I am not seeing any option for creating collages using Google Photos. I see updated support for Live Photos playback, though.
