6S 4K video and time lapse

Hello everyone,

I'm going to be taking my first solo flight out to Pensacola Beach hopefully on Wednesday. I'm trying to decide if I want to take a time lapse or 4K/1080P @ 60FPS during the flight. I bought a suction cup mount for the windscreen. I have a 64GB iPhone so I'm not worried about taking up space but I'm curious if the 4K will come out nice due to the speed of the plane? I read that 4K @ 30FPS doesn't look good for fast moving video.

My other plan was to use my GoPro Session 4 to record the flight at 1080 and just use the 6S for time lapse.
