how to clear the default email on the reminder app

on my iPhone 6s, when I click in the reminder app there is an email there that appears to be a default. I want to remove that email address

If it's a reminder entry, simply swipe to the left on it and then select "Delete". Other than that, I don't have any idea of what you're referring to.
