Iphone ring intermittently sounds like buzzer at a basketball game

Just got a new 6s because my 5s screen working intermittently. Started with an odd loud, continuous buzzer noise with incoming calls. Then the screen started to go. Have the new 6s less than a week, and it has started the buzzer routine. Got both phones from Verizon, and using BlueTooth to connect the phone to my Ford, which is Microsoft.

If your new iPhone is doing the same thing as the old one then the problem, in my opinion, is with your notification settings or an app. Review both.
