I noticed that you recommend icamm' Facetime recorder to record facetime sessions for Iphone, but they do not appear to have an app available in the app store. Let me know if there are any products that do this.

Only for audio. There's nothing that will record the video. A jailbreak tweak might.

yup, there isn't any such apps available in the App Store, so the only way out is to mirror your iPhone FaceTime session on PC and make the recording. Other ways that can record FaceTime session is by using apps like Display Recorder, but it requires jailbreak.
