How do i transfer my contacts from my android to my new iphone 6s

I got a new iPhone 6s and setting up. I need to transfer my contacts, pic & others from my Samsung Galaxy s to my iPhone 6s

I would sync everything up to google and the sync it back down onto the iPhone.

at&t has an app called mobile transfer it transfers pictures and contacts from your old phone to your new one., download on both devices and connect to wi fi

When you sync your contacts to google you can get them on your iPhone. Just go to add account hit more then select Carddev and sign in with google account

Use the official Apple app to move from android to ios. They also have one that works the other way.

I didn't use an app or anything to transfer emails or contacts. I just added all of my gmail accounts to the phone (Settings > Mail, Contact, Calendars) and my contacts, calendar and emails were auto updated. I then enabled all of them to be backed up onto iCloud.
