Nope, works fine for me and the few people I have helped setup new iPhones. I did notice that background noise must be minimal when doing the Hey Siri training statements but that's a pretty obvious need...

No problem here. I can only recommend making sure you're in an area with minimal background noise, not connected to any Bluetooth audio devices (not sure if it has anything to do with it or not but doesn't hurt to bring it up), and keeping your phone around book reading distance from your face.

Thank you all for your help, I made appointment with Apple . One question if they find the iPhone to be defective will they still replace the phone with a cracked screen if that's what need to be done under warranty?

Well they replaced the phone for a price of a screen replacement 129 +tax I'm happy )
