Need help - Phone says it's not charging

So recently (last week or so) every time I put my phone to charge before I sleep, when I wake up, it says it didn't charge. It shows the exact same percentage. This scared me the first time it happened. When I restart the phone, it then says its at 100% like it should.
This is getting quite annoying so does anyone know a fix?

My phone is an iPhone 6s running official release of iOS 9.1

It may just be the % indicator not showing properly. You can just turn it off, or calibrate it by charging to 100%, then drain the battery down to 1%. Then charge it up to 100%, and leave it charging past 100% by 30 minutes. If it still doesn't work right, take it to Apple and have then take a look.

Sounds like software issue if a hard reboot doesn't fix or a calibrate you can try reloading the software

Software restart fixes, but not permanently.
And as for battery percent, even the battery icon was off

No point. I'm pretty sure it's an iOS 9 bug of some sort

Well as it seems, many people have this problem. So I guess it's time for people on imore to actually be helpful and not just say your phone has a problem.

So does anyone know a fix? I might call apple about it tomorrow but it seems in the thread I'm about to share, people already tried that.
