Why does my iPhone 6s wifi/Lte speed down?

iphone 6s wifi/Lte speeds down

Hi,
Got the iphone 6s 128gb Grey version on lauch day. I have noticed very slow download speeds on WIFI and LTE.
For example: my home wifi gives me around 160mbps down and 12mbps up.
I have never seen more than 40mbps down on the iphone 6s. I have the motorola nexus 6 and it consistently gives me expected speeds on LTE and WIFI. Is this a widespread issue or is it with my phone only?

Not having any wifi speed problems. 75/75 on FIOS.

No issues here either! Averaging 80-90mbps which is right around where my 6 Plus always ran.
