I was actually looking at the Rose Gold 128GB but after careful consideration and my wife's not so amusing comments I opted for Silver. I have always had space grey, had Gold on my 6 Plus last year and thought Silver would be a nice solid middle ground.

This is the last time I'm getting AppleCare tho. Got it on the 5, 5s, and 6, and I've used it twice. (Both on the 5.) On an expected-value calculation, I'd have been better off not getting it and paying out-of-warranty replacement fees.

I _am_ getting it one last time because I'm superstitious, and if I have to temporarily downgrade sometime in future I want a Plus size and battery to fall back on.
