Icons overlaping folder and app names

Lately I've noticed my app and folder icons are overlapping the text. See screenshot. I thought this might be due to being jailbroken and using FolderEnhancer but I haven't changed any settings there. iOS 9.0.2

You try a hard reset?
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.

Or maybe Reset All Settings.
Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.

If I Reset All won't that erase everything and loose the jailbreak?

No. Reset All Settings
Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms. Not "Erase all content and settings".
