iPhones 6S Plus Weird Issue

So I just bought a Second Hand iPhone 6s Plus, it was all good but when I use the camera app, it will drain very fast in the first 1-2 minutes of using (6%), after that then the battery drain stops, and in the end a 10 minutes 1080p 60p will result in a 10% battery drain(for me its normal) however the issue is whenever I opened the camera app it will drain like hell and I use snapchat a lot, opening and closing the app regularly and the battery will drain.

This issue also happened when I use Siri, just asking 3 question, it will drain 3 %.

Also the camera app is funny, it focuses slowly(not instant but gradually), and if for example I tap an area to focus, it will focus but if I tap the same area twice it won't refocus anymore and just stay still. is this normal because my friends iPhone 6s if I tap the same area twice it will try to refocus.

I tried restoring via itunes but still no luck, tried turning off location but still the same

Oh I see! No wonder the previous owner sold the iPhone!
Jokes apart, I think you should take the phone to Apple support and ask them the issue, because asking on the forum will only confuse you more.
Let the specialist analyse the problem!

Anyway, if you want my opinion on it, here goes.
Since you have mentioned that it is a second hand phone and battery is draining quite fast, it could be that the battery has become weak.
Apparently, I don't know the answer to your second query.

Like I said, the best thing you could do right now, would be to take it to Apple support so that they can judge the problem!

well, too bad i live in Indonesia and they dont officialy sell iPhone 6s here and theres no Apple support...

I'm in the US and just bought a used 6s plus from eBay against my better judgement. When it came, I took it to my local Apple store and they ran diagnostics on the entire system. It flagged the speaker and the mic. The young lady doing the tests took the phone and cleaned both the speaker and mic openings and now it works beautifully.

Now I know why Apple customer support gets kudos and why their products command a premium price. There must have been 12 Apple people scurring around the store helping people and that ain't cheap to provide. By the way, I came from Windows phones and this is the first Apple product I've ever owned but certainly not the last.

Oh! When I googled ' Indonesia Apple service centre' I could see some results. Maybe I'm wrong, but you could just check it out

Yes there is service centre but they wont accept anything above iPhone 6

So today i just test things, i decided to do battery calibration and then while draining the battery(turning flash on etc), it died at 7% and if i try to power it on sometimes it shows black screen with charging indicator and sometimes it can boot with 10% of battery then shuts off again...
