iPhone stuck on headphone mode.

My brothers iPhone has been stuck on headphone mode even though there aren't any plugged in. We tried cleaning it and restoring it and even plugging headphones in and out, and no luck. Could it be hardware issues.

Yeah...is it still under warranty?..if so take to Apple Store. If not find reputable repair shop around you..

Keep cleaning it. Had an issue like this too and it's tough to remove that small dust/lint causing the issue. If it's still not doing that trick take it to Apple. It's under warranty I assume since the 6S Plus isn't a year old yet.

Had it happen once and they exchanged the device but I did have apple care.
