Imessage not syncing to Iphone 6s Plus

First time Poster, I am not receiveing some imessages on my iphone but I am receiving all of them on my iwatch, ipad pro and ipad air. When I reply on any idevise exvept my phone, the reply showes up on my phone! The messages are scynced perfectly except on my iphone.
Some of the messages are from people in my contacts some are not. What really baffles me is the messages show up on my watch even when im not on WIFI. The watch should be a miror of my phone.

I have rebooted, whipped ,restored as new checked send/ receive settings, logged out of iMessage, signed out of icloud , been to apple store, deleted contacts that are working correctly, and addeed them back but that didnt help even when I restored my devise as new with no contacts.

Well, that's weird. If the Apple shop wasn't able to fully resolve it, then it really is an issue. I know you've restored as new, etc. But what if you turn iMessage off on all devices, reboot all devices then turn on iMessage on your iPhone first.
