Wifi calling

When wifi calling automatically turn on when the signal bars gets low or how does that work? It's activated and on but I noticed around my house when the bars get to 1 then it turns on ?

Oh, and yes, it allows you to make a call over Wi-Fi (if connected to a Wi-Fi network, when your cellular service is weak or nonexistent. Whether it's automatic or not, I don't know. Call your cellular provider and make an inquiry.

Then there's your answer. As stated in my previous reply, it kicks in when your cellular service is weak or nonexistent.

On sprint, it seems to always be on while on a wifi network. When you are on the phone and you lose wifi signal, the call drops. No handshake between 1x and wifi. I disabled it for that reason.
