Why won't my iPhone 6s plus show my stored music list since I updated it?

My iphone 6s plus will not show my stored music list since I updated it

when I press music instead of my play list as before it shows a woman with headphones and the apple logo with music and I cant change it.

At the bottom there is a no thanks , select it and it should hide for you.
