Frozen during factory reset. Not jailbroken

Computer went down so I have no way to iTunes restore. Phone is frozen on the apple screen with the loading bar. I've tried everything I can think of. Screwed?

hold home and power until it reboots ?

might still need a itunes restore a apple store can help with that also

That happened to me. I hard reset it holding down the power and home buttons. When I rebooted it it was fine. Strange though.
