I went with 64g. Music, pictures, video, apps, and iOS updates can easily eat through 16g without much trying. IMO 32g should be the least available in today's world. I'd expect resale demand would be higher on larger storage models. That said, I'm sure people who go with a 16g device can manage their needs just fine.

IMO the 16GB iPhone should not exist and 64GB is what I recommend for everyone -- although I personally got the 128GB. You do not want to "manage" memory on this device and you will with 16GB. But to answer your question.. you are definitely not alone with a 16GB device, it's usually the "free" one or lowest monthly cost one and that's what people tend to go for... so Apple makes it!

Went with a 128GB. Rather have too much storage than not enough. Plus I like to keep my music stored locally and I have about 13GB of music which wouldn't fit on a 16. And if you're planning to shoot some 4K then...

I have the regular 6+, from last year. 64 gig. 16 gig is for corporations to purchase, lock down, and hand to their minions.

Apple should only sell 16 gig devices via corporate sales, everyone else should pick between 64 and 128.

I got iPhone 6s 16gb, cause i don't use that much storage But I want to tell other people to go for big storage phone! I don't worry about my storage, what i do is text, watch video online, and phone call, but i bet others never do the same as i do. So big storage will be better!

16gb is enough for a lot of people, considering cloud storage. It's probably the best-selling version. That being said, I would really like to see a 32gb base.

I originally purchased the 64GB Space Grey but changed it to the Rose Gold 16GB and haven't had any issues. I was only using about 7GB on the 64GB unit and I'm at around the same with the 16GB. My life is on the cloud so I don't mind one bit.
