iPhone 6s Plus screen issue!

Anyone else getting these maroon-ish horizontal lines all across their screen or is it just me?

The lines come and go away, happens randomly and only if i open pictures on facebook, hasn't happened on the home screen or any other apps.

I haven't heard of this, no. You could try reinstalling the Facebook app.
