I love the battery life plus the low power mode option...battery last way longer!
How is the battery life after update to ios 9.3.1?
Battery life on my 6S Plus took somewhat of a nosedive after iOS 9.3.1. On average I'd say I lost about 30mins to an hour from my usual 9-10hrs of usage and 2days of standby. I used to charge it every 2-3days where it'll reach about 10% (on a single charge of course) now I have to charge it every other day. No change in usage habits, iOS 9.3.1 has had a negative impact on battery life for me.
Will you go for iphone 7?
I briefly flipped from the iPhone 6 to the Note 5, but came running back home to the 6S+. Battery life used to suck (probably because I was on it all day long) but now that I'm working again, this is what it looks like. Off the plug @6:30 am, and on LP mode. Clearly I cannot use the phone while I'm on the clock LOL
What say ye, good or bad?

This past 3days I went minimal usage with my iPhone 6s Plus since I'm in an area with a poor data connection.
Day 1 this is what I got:

Then I charge it till full and continue the experience again and this is what I got when bat hit 2% of remaining charge:

Mostly phone calls sms and an offline map app to find my way on the field. Cellular data was on with EDGE activated (data connection is bad in the zone, but need it to upload pictures to a server from time to time) screen brightness is at 1/3 and low power mode is activated before unplug the phone from charger, also I use Cydia app iCleaner pro to turn off load of features I do not use as show in the screenshot bellow:

And my battery cycle is at 207 cycles with a remaining capacity of 2569 out of 2725:

The plus model battery is phenomenal for real.

Your battery is great? How come the second day screen shot does not show app usage ?
Do you run music on background?
That's what I got after 1 month with the Samsung chip. It makes no difference between the two chips. It's mostly what you do and how it's all set.

That's something I myself wondered. First time I saw the battery usage page with no apps consumption stats. I could only guess that since there was no much of heavy usage of the iPhone most apps usage fall from 1+ % to 0% of battery usage as time pass. The trial last about 4 to 5 days or so. And as for music, I did play some musics during my trip, could sum it up to 3h to 4h of music playing during the trial period.
