Apple Pay issues

Hello everybody. I was wondering is having issues with three Apple Pay? When I go into the app it's not giving me an option to add my debit card.

Is there a small + sign up in the top right corner? Is your bank supported?

No problem at all...it automatically added my main card when I restored via iCloud out of the box, and then added my other cards to it without an issue. Interestingly, I have a Chase business debit card I load on it, and my 6 Plus could never properly read the numbers fully on the front when adding it...the colors blend a bit and it couldn't recognize them. This phone, however, had zero problems seeing all of the numbers on the first try.

I have Chase. I have the + sign on the top right corner but I can only add my reward cards on there. It's not giving me an option for debit or credit. Thanks guys for your help.

I had to erase my phone. That worked. Thanks guys for you help.
