Does your Dallas wallpaper have a blue bar at the top? If it does. You're probably using it on the wrong view. If you're on Zoomed view, switch to Standard view. Or vice versa.

Yes, I have the right one.

I see the problem, I have to move the picture down and I saw something saying move and scale and then I saw the blue line.
