iPhone 6 not working properly

My iPhone 6 is not working properly. It s working rachetly. When I take a photo, the photo shows gray. When I click for an app it is keeping me wait. Some apps are not working properly as well. The phone is giving error when I try to install an app from AppleStore. Sometimes when I click wake/sleep button, the screen is not being ON (still off). I pressed home sleep button at the same time until I see Apple Logo but nothing changes. And also I reseted phone (by deleting all contents) and nothing changes. I need immediate help. My suggestion would be to do a hard reset. Hold the power & home button at the same time until you see the apple logo. Then release the buttons and wait for it to finish. Hopefully this will solve the problem for you. If that does not work my suggestion would be to do a factory reset to new and start over. Thanks!
