iPhone 6 randomly reset

So this is a new one for me. I usually have the battery percentage indicator on, but I noticed today that there was no percentage. In addition, the sounds for my mail notifications went back to the standard (factory) sound, and I was logged out of Facebook and had to log back in (not hacked, thankfully). It seems as if my iPhone randomly reset some of the settings and did some other weird things with settings. This has happened twice. Has anyone else ever had this happen?

No. Have you tried a hard reset?
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
Then if it does it again, go ahead and Reset All Settings.
Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.
Then if that doesn't work, you could try a restore as new. Not from a back up. But if if persist, it sounds more like a hardware issue. In that case, take it to the Genius Bar at an Apple Store. Or a reputable repair shop. Or consider an upgrade to a new phone.
