No Night shift control panel

On the iPhone 6 is their no night shift control panel? I remember their was on the 6s

Mine is in the settings brightness and display too but not in control panel like it was in 6s

Mine is in Display & Brightness and the control panel. I'm on the GM.

My 6s Plus is on the 10 GM, and it shows on the control center. I have it set up for time.
