If you're aim is to remove activation lock from a device - there's only two ways to do that - the original owner needs to enter their AppleID and password on the device and take the proper steps sign out of iCloud on the device - or, follow the procedure here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201351 you can't remove hardware or a couple chips to do anything.

the iCloud-Deny is bound to the imei. if i use another logicboard there is another imei the new base.

i think a new logicboard is one option. but i like it to know that i only have to do some new chips in my phone....

what kind of hardware i have to replace?

Here it is ... you have to replace the whole phone....with a different phone.

Please refrain from any discussion around bypassing iCloud activation lock. The responses given by @kch50428 and @SwitchBeach made it abundantly clear that the device needs to be replaced. Thanks.
