I've had that happen to me from time to time. It's usually the result of an update loading at or around the time the app is deleted. I wouldn't be too worried about it.

Don't worry about it. It's probably just a glitch.

I have had it happen too. From what I can tell it comes back if I delete it and then connect to iTunes. Once I delete it again it hasn't come back.
