My Iphone 6 is stuck at my instagram screen and i can't go back to my main or do anything

I.opened up instagram and now my phone is stuck there and i.can't go back to.the main page or see my messages or anything for that fact, i tried logging in and out of insta but nothing is working. Im using my sister's phone to type this out and we both have no clue what to.do

Try doing a hard reset. Hold your home & power buttons at the same time until you see the  logo. Then release. This should help.
