Iphone 6 in disabled mode

I recently sold the pc that I used to sinc with itunes, now having entered wrong password too many times my iphone 6 says disabled connect to itunes,,when I log into itunes phone is not reconised,,,any help appreciated

Have you try to hard reboot your iphone6?

I have tried to reset in DFU and used all options for restore, just connects to itunes and message says iphone is disabled....
