Why won't my wifes iPhone 6 print to my HP Printer anymore?

me and my wifes iphone 6 phone wil not print to my hp printer.

We were able to print to the printer before. We did the upgrade to ios 9.1 and it was working. Now it gives us a message that printer is offline. I have three laptops that I can print from fine. Verified printer is not off-line. It only happens with our iphones.

1. Turn off the printer and reboot the iPhones.
2. Make sure that both the iPhone's and the hp printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
3. Attempt to print something from your iPhones.
