Welcome to iMore! Your iPhone doesn't have moving parts (for all intensive purposes) so hard resets shouldn't damage your phone. If you don't mind me asking, why did you have to hard reset your phone that many times in a row?

Moving parts? What's that? So even If I hard reset three times in a row it won't damage my phone? Like after a hard reset then it turns on then I hard reset it again straight away it won't damage my phone?

Maybe I'm just showing my age here. Moving parts are common in full size PCs that are still using magnetic HDDs that having spinning disks to load and retrieve data. Resets can be hard on those types of components, which your iPhone does not have.

Again, hard resets will not damage your phone.

Even hard resetting thrice in a minute? Thank you

Flash memory usually lasts 100000+ rewrite cycles. Assuming hard reset doesn't completely overwrite everything and just resets the user data, you'll have to make a lot more (1 mln+?) hard resets to cause any harm to the phone. So, nothing to worry about imo. :)
