Can I get some help with texting an image from my iPhone 6?

problem texting image from iphone 6

why can i only send images to some but not all mobile numbers.
may times the small camera icon used to attached the image is grayed
out. This stated after the most recent iphone update.

I assume that some of the recipients do not have plans that allow for MMS messaging or do not have an iOS device with iMessage enabled. Still, I'm only guessing. If you feel that your device is the problem, reboot or restore it.
