I want to download the pictures from my I phone 6 to my computer

IF you have a Mac you just need to settings --> Photos & camera and turn on iCloud photo library (if you have enough iCloud space) OR my photo stream, that way all your photos will be available on all your devices, no need to even plug it.

If you have another computer like a PC I'm not sure what the easiest way is anymore with all the changes and windows updates. I guess plugging it and using iTunes or any photos software that allows you to import it...wild guess tbh. I'm sure someone will tell you how, anytime.

iMazing will do it for you and is currently free. You can get it for Mac or PC. Works great.

iCloud for Windows? I also use Dropbox across everything/devices.
