Siri doesn't recognize my current location or name

Siri stopped recognizing who I am or my current location. I've reset privacy settings and locations but it did not work. Everything is set up correctly and still nothing. Anybody else having this problem?
IPhone 6 w/IOS 8.4

I too had the same problem but I was able to fix it by pressing and holding the power button and the home till the phone resets itself. When the apple logo appears, hold the volume-up button. The phone will boot into safe mode and disable all your tweaks.

Siri isn't working on my iPhone 6+. I tried resetting network settings. Tried toggling on and off Siri. Tried toggling off and on dictation. Nothing worked. Also, I tried holding down the sleep and Home button. Still no Siri. It says "sorry, I didn't get that
