How do I open them

The easiest way is in a browser on a computer. Just download them and then sync to you iPhone. Another way I do it is in a browser on your iPhone. Download them from the browser to your Photos app into Camera Roll and you can apply them as wallpaper right from there. Hope this helps, but if it doesn't please let me know and I will check on more ways with my fellow colleagues. Maybe one will even answer further to this thread.
