How to retrieve contacts on same phone from old apple id to new one

I did get a new apple id on my iPhone 6 (old id was belong to my parents) all my contact disappear how do I get it back ?

Since your old phone to your computer and when that's done syncs your new phone to the same computer and do a restore. That should fix it.
