Anyone having problems releasing one call from a 3-way conversation? If so, thank Princess, a tier 1 technical support specialist with Verizon for the following solution: Go to settings; turn on cellular data; enable LTE; select voice & data. By the way - the call took less than three minutes. I spent over 4 hours debating with "top level" techs from Verizon and Apple, and all I received was a bunch of finger pointing. The last Apple tech I spoke with advised me that "iphones never had the capability to release only one call from a 3-way. You have to hang up on both calls." Another told me that the problem existed because Verizon uses CDMA... Can't understand how Apple charges customers for such inept advice.

The guilty are experts at claiming slander until found GUILTY. Remember, I did not call Apple for a debate, I called for a solution.

The screen that pops up when i get a call while talking to someone gives me options and the only option that is consistent is the one where i ignore the incoming call. I'd say that 30 to 40% of the time , If I try to place the original call on hold and answer the incoming call I get nothing. My incoming call is disconnected and the original call is dropped. I've learned to deal with it
