Why can't iTunes detect Outlook?

itunes cannot detect Outlook

I am trying to transfer contacts from Outlook to iphone 6, however on itunes on sync contacts list item Outlook is not appearing.

Kindly advise

Are you referring to the Outlook program or an Outlook.com account? If the latter, simply configure the account on your iPhone and then enable the toggle next to Contacts in the settings.
