Google app not working properly

I have I6, when I'm using OK GOOGLE voice command in google app instead of directing me straight to the certain search result, it first shows me "unable to get results, please check your network connection" page and then automatically directs me to the search result. Previously when getting to the result the female voice would read some basic information , for example when i would look for Bryan Cranston, it would read out some basic BIO "Brian Lee Cranston is an actor, voice actor, director . . . Etc" now it stopped. Pls help, since its a really weird error . . . I've deleted app and reinstalled it, but that didn't help . . .

Google may be having issues on their end.

Use Siri! It's much better
