Bending thru the case

Hi everyone,

Yesterday i dropped my iph6 from the pocket and suffered a small "injury" :(

I have a Cygnett Aerogrip case and the phone dropped on it (upper left corner).
Now it has a small bending...

Do i solve anything if i make a complaint on their site?

Thank you.

Re: Bending thru the case

Take it to the Apple Store.
I've got all my iPhones in cases. Right now my favorite is the Otterbox Symmetry. Great protection for the device and the screen. Never had an iPhone suffer an injury.

The only problem is that there isn't any Apple Store nearby :(

Re: Bending thru the case

They make it pretty clear on their website that they are not responsible at all for your device...but you might get a free case if you complain enough to them...maybe...

As Sean said, Cygnett is not responsible for your device. If your device needs to be repaired or replaced you should contact Apple as suggested.
