Question: has anyone notice a difference in battery by using a darker screen as compared to a white one? I going to try it. I would think the darker would give you a bit better battery. Just a thought.

When I used Android devices I read alot on xda and many test trials were done with this theory. Most outcomes were positive. yes using a darker wallpaper uses less pixels so you may venture into some battery gain. Where it really matters is how much you are on your device and how your notifications are set up.

I thought only OLED screens had this effect. Since OLED screens are dependent on individual LED pixels, the color black means nothing is turned on. LCDs rely on backlighting, so I don't think a dark background would have any positive effect on battery life.

True you are correct sir. Also his way of using auto-bright is losing him a small % since it is constantly adjusting along with having motion on.

Hello. Could someone please tell me where I can find this wallpaper for my iPhone 6 -

IP6Wallpaper.png

The phone in this picture is the 6 Plus.

Thanks for any info. I have checked Zedge and other Googled sites found.
