hello, I am on ios 9.30 and can't get on to the app store or open any pages with safari, is it because of the latest update?

Yes. Download the latest iOS update, 9.3.1, and it should fix your issue.

I just took a look and I am already on 9.3.1

Do you use an ad blocker? If so, some sites won't load with those enabled. If that may be the case, you might have to go into Settings > Safari > and toggle the ad blocker off while you visit that site. It's what I do.

Have you tried resetting your phone?

I just did a hard reboot and I can now get safari working and the app store, thanks for the help guys:yes:
