Okay. Edit the settings so that it'll provide an alert tone for incoming calls.

Settings→ Notifications→ Phone, and then enable the toggle next to "Allow Notifications". After that, scroll down to "Sound", and then select a ringtone.

Also check the switch on the left side of your phone. If you want notification sounds on push it in the direction of the screen.
